To keep your knives organized, you need one good knife block. ERGODESIGN bamboo knife blocks are magnetized for both front and opposite sides. Although they might seem simple, they are crafted delicately in details.
1. Magnetized Knife Block for Both Sizes
Unlike traditional knife holders in which knives are wrapped up, ERGODESIGN bamboo knife block is inserted with strong magnet inside. Knives are magnetized onto the knife block surface in the air. Hence your knives will be seasoned in the open air instead of confined space where bacteria breed easily.
2. Sufficient Storage with Hanging Rods
Both the front and opposite sides of our bamboo knife block are magnetized so knives could be stored on both sides. It could contain about 10 knives for both sides and other iron tableware. Moreover, our knife blocks are designed with 2 hanging rods on left and right side, which is for scissors or tablecloth.
3. Holding Shelf for Recipe
Our bamboo knife block could not only be used as a rack for knives, but it could also be used as a holding shelf for recipe. You could also put your tablet PC on it when cooking.
